What is a France Tourist Visa?

A France tourist visa is a short-stay Schengen visa that allows non-EU/EEA citizens to visit France for tourism purposes. It also permits travel to other Schengen countries within the visa’s validity period.

  1. Visa Application Form – completed and signed.
  2. Passport – valid, original + copies of previous visas (if any).
  3. Two recent passport-size photos (as per Schengen specs).
  4. Flight Reservation (round-trip).
  5. Hotel Booking / Invitation Letter from host in France.
  6. Bank statements (last 3–6 months).
  7. Income tax returns or salary slips.
  8. Travel medical insurance (coverage of at least €30,000, valid in all Schengen states).
  9. Proof of employment or business (leave approval, business registration, etc.).
